Suigin est un joueur professionnel de jeux vidéo, mais il garde son activité secrète. Seule une élève de sa classe, Lei, est au courant. Un jour, Lei remet à Suigin un appareil lui permettant de tester un nouveau jeu en ligne, Grave Buster, mais avant même de lui expliquer comment il fonctionne, elle est kidnappée. Tandis qu’il cherche à l’aider, Suigin active accidentellement un processus qui le projette dans le jeu. Il se retrouve alors au cœur d'une bataille opposant des pilleurs de tombes aux protecteurs de la sépulture d'une déesse venue sur Terre il y a mille ans…
